Exchange only on faulty products within 2 days. No returns, we can’t offer you an exchange if 2 days are passed.

We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and we’ll send you a New Product and Old Package will be picked up by the delivery person.

We Need a 360-degree Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage or any missing items, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.

We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit. (We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item)

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or WhatsApp us at +91 84213 11100.

If the order arrives in your Destination and the customer refuses to accept the package then-No attempt is made on destination to deliver the package.
