Faulty Product Exchanges:
Time Frame: Exchanges for faulty products are only accepted within 2 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges after this period.

COD Orders: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
Unboxing Video: To claim damage or missing items, a 360-degree unboxing video of the package is required. Without this video, no replacement will be provided. This helps us address issues with the courier company in cases of theft or damage during transit.
